We at General Vending Services are continually striving to improve the level of service that we provide to our customers. We recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey; our customers informed us that they wanted clearer communication and more dialogue on response times for maintenance and service calls for their vending equipment.

In response to this requirement, we are implementing a new system which will enable us to provide updates on the progress of your specific service maintenance requests.

We can then provide you with the following details:
  • Confirmation of your request for service
  • Expected time of arrival of a service maintenance technician
  • Updates relating to parts and additional requirements
  • Confirmation of completion of any repairs etc.
To ensure that you receive regular updates by SMS or E-mail, we need your help to validate the information that we have on our system. We also ask that you provide us with your preferred method of notification.
